We are seeking a Trainee to join the Scientific Innovation Office. The P&C Trainee will support the Planning & Control team in daily operations and project management activities.
What Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Assisting with R&D openings, updates, and closures, month-end closing tasks such as flash forecasting, accruals, and uploading reporting figures into BI and SAP systems.
- The role will also contribute to budgeting processes, T&E and invoicing reviews, headcount forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Additionally, the trainee will help improve procurement workflows and support one-off initiatives within the R&D P&C area.
- This position offers exposure to financial planning, reporting, and process optimization in a dynamic environment.

- You are a Bachelor or Master's student in Finance, Business or Management.
- Professional/advanced level of English.
- Advanced in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- You consider yourself a proactive person, eager to learn, with strong organizational and methodical skills.
