Mission
Support Fluidra's Global IT Project Management Office by assisting in the coordination, planning, and reporting of strategic initiatives across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital, Data, and ERP domains. Get familiar with a dynamic and in constant growth organization and potentially incorporate as a full-time employee if the program is satisfactorily completed.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in preparing plans, documentation, and action trackers.
- Help coordinate tasks and schedules across internal stakeholders.
- Prepare materials and take notes for project meetings.
- Support reporting through dashboards (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel).
- Contribute to tracking risks, milestones, and dependencies.
- Conduct research on tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Learn how IT projects are structured, delivered, and governed at scale.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Motivation to learn project management in a global tech environment.
- Comfortable using Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Interest in IT governance, project management methodologies, or tools (e.g., Smartsheet knowledge is a plus).
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace.
- Proactive and curious mindset.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team.
- Interest in pursuing a career in project or program management.
- Exceptional command of both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Exposure to collaboration tools or ERP platforms is a bonus.
