The Role

• Project Delivery & Governance
  Leads a project team to deliver solutions aligned with the project charter, agreement, or contract. Ensures compliance with business measurements and terms.
• Scope, Cost, and Schedule Management
  Accountable for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. Applies planning, tracking, change control, and risk management techniques. 
• Resource & Communication Management
  Manages all project resources, including subcontractors. Establishes effective communication plans with the project team and client. Provides day-to-day direction and regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Planning & Monitoring
  Estimates project effort, develops plans and schedules, monitors progress, and raises issues proactively. 
• Business Insights & Process Improvement
  Applies disciplinary knowledge to enhance business processes and metrics. Challenges existing procedures and recommends improvements.

• Project Control
  Uses data and analysis to predict, understand, and influence time and cost outcomes. Expertise in cost management, scope management, change control, and governance.
• Project Methodology
  Applies multiple PM frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, PMI-PMBOK, PRINCE2) and selects the appropriate methodology for desired outcomes. 
• Project Operations
  Coordinates tasks, resources, communications, and deliverables. Includes vendor management, procurement, resource allocation, and status reporting.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• SCRUM or Project Management skills

• Basic TI knowledge (architectural)

• Organization and planning skills

• Teamwork with "one team" philosophy

• Fluent in English (written and verbal – OR OTHER RELEVANT LANGUAGE, AS NEEDED)

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• MS Project or other Project Management software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
