Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a
Sales Manager
to build and lead a high-performing team of Sales Representative
s
based in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about developing talent, driving performance, and creating an inclusive team culture.

As a key member of the Inside Sales organization, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, improving the customer experience, and enabling your team's continued professional growth. You'll report directly to the Inside Sales Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver impactful results.

Your primary focus will be on leading your team to over-achieve sales targets, excel in customer satisfaction, and reach new heights of professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives
  • Drive the team to consistently exceed sales objectives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a tech-driven environment
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Experience in technology or SaaS sales is a strong plus
