What You'll Do
Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code
Provide technical analysis and documentation for new systems
Mentor and guide game developers, offering technical direction and career development support
Coordinate and negotiate with external team members across engineering, production, build, art, and QA
Support sprint planning, technical prioritization, and roadmap execution
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standard practices
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the development cycle
Champion quality, scalability, and performance across all systems
Partner with production to coordinate and deliver engineering deliverables on schedule
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in software development
2+ years in a leadership or management role
B.S. or equivalent experience in Computer Science
Experience with microservice architecture
Proficiency in building CI/CD tools
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
Dedication to streamlining development efforts and reducing Time to Market
Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team culture
Adaptability to respond quickly to changes in project scope, requirements, or market conditions
