What We're Looking For
We're seeking superstars with:
A
minimum
of 3 years of experience in real estate
Strong negotiation, communication, and client-service capabilities
Proven success in sales and market knowledge
A proactive, self-driven mindset and the ambition to grow within a global brand
Professional level of English and Spanish (Catalan and other languages appreciated)
What You'll Do
Represent buyers and sellers, delivering a premium client experience
Prospect, market, and sell prime properties
Conduct valuations, prepare listings, and manage negotiations
Stay informed on market trends and maintain CRM records
Collaborate with The Agency's global network and marketing teams
