What You´ll Do:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers using cutting-edge software products

  • Troubleshoot issues with empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset

  • Collaborate with a dynamic, multicultural team

What We´re Looking For:

  • Fluent/Proficiency level in German and advanced English 

  • Training or experience in IT technologies, especially Cloud solutions or Microsoft products such as Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Windows
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, professionalism, critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving
  • Previous technical support experience or IT technician background is a plus
