Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Advisor to join our growing team in Barcelona. This role is suited to a driven professional with strong local market knowledge, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to manage transactions independently while actively engaging with a global real estate network.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in residential real estate
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan (spoken and written)
  • Strong understanding of the Barcelona property market
  • Demonstrated ability to manage buyers and sellers through the full transaction cycle
  • Professional, discreet, and client-focused approach
  • Strong desire to work within The Agency brand and collaborate with The Agency's global network

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a high-quality portfolio of clients and listings
  • Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and strategic positioning
  • Conduct property visits, negotiations, and closings
  • Collaborate with internal teams and The Agency's international offices
  • Represent the brand with the highest standards of professionalism
