As a Customer Support Agent at Serviceform, you will be an integral part of our customer-centric team, working to ensure the best possible experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Email Support: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email promptly and professionally.

Live Chat Support: Engaging with customers in real-time through live chat to address their concerns and provide solutions.

Internal/External Help Docs: Creating and updating internal and external support documentation to empower customers and team members.

You will also be assisting with various customer experience tasks and onboarding activities to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Be fluent both in written and spoken English, Finnish and Spanish
  • Self-directed and open-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
  • A team player
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A passion for IT and technology
