Role Overview

The Agent Experience Intern plays a key administrative and client-facing role within The Agency Barcelona, working closely with the Managing Partners, Marketing Manager, Marketing team, real estate agents, and clients. This position is highly administrative in nature and requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and prior exposure to the real estate industry.

This is an unpaid, on-site internship with a minimum commitment of three months. If performance and business needs align, this role may evolve into a full-time Agent Experience position.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Client Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Managing Partners and senior leadership
  • Assist with client communications, follow-ups, and documentation in coordination with agents
  • Prepare and manage client-facing materials while maintaining a high standard of professionalism

Agent Experience & Internal Coordination

  • Support agents with administrative requests and internal coordination
  • Assist with onboarding processes and internal documentation for new agents
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations related to agent support

Marketing & Cross-Team Support

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing team on administrative and coordination tasks
  • Support listing coordination between agents and marketing teams

Operations, Systems & Compliance

  • Assist with listing, licensing, and internal compliance documentation
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and internal records
  • Support reporting and internal tracking as required

Office & General Administration

  • Support general office operations, scheduling, and documentation
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed

Required Experience & Skills

Mandatory

  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is required
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, discreet, and client-facing demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred

  • Experience working in a brokerage, real estate office, or property-related role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and back-office tools
  • Experience supporting agents, clients, or senior leadership
