We are looking for an experienced
AI Manager
to support our digitalization and innovation team at XAL. Do you want to actively shape how Artificial Intelligence and tools like Microsoft Copilot are used sensibly in the company? Do you understand technology and business equally and feel comfortable in an interface role? Then we look forward to receiving your application.
Your job
- Develop and implement a company-wide AI strategy
- Identify use cases and potentials for AI along our value chain
- Introduce and optimize Microsoft Copilot in various business areas
- Create training content and conduct training for employees
- Select suitable technologies (e.g. Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI)
- Accompany projects from idea to implementation
- Ensure data protection, compliance, and responsible AI use
- Communicate complex content to different stakeholders
Your Skills
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or similar qualification
- Several years of experience in AI projects or digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of AI technologies and Microsoft Cloud services
- Very good German and English skills (at least B2 level)
- Experience in requirements analysis, process optimization, and project management
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
