Job title: Manager D&T Data+AI Product Manager - Sustainability

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Drive the future of sustainability as a Data+AI Product Manager. Lead a cross-functional team to establish data governance; design and deploy data and AI driven components in digital solutions across our company. Bridge business ambitions with digital adoption and shape transformative products that accelerate sustainability performance worldwide.

Your key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners to define the roadmap, translating complex Sustainability strategic project requirements into data and AI initiatives
• Propose optimal squad setups and drive daily execution, managing the backlog for data modelers, data engineers, technical data stewards, BI developers and data scientists
• Collaborate with the Sustainability Platform Leadership and other Data+AI product managers across the Data+AI product management to find reusability and standarization to accelerate delivery
• Lead the full lifecycle of data and AI products (rom data products, dashboards to advance analytical applications) ensuring rigorous progress reviews and delivery standards
• When needed champion the product within the user community, tracking adoption metrics to ensure the solutions deliver real operational value
• Ensure long-term sustainability of Data+AI components by cataloging underlying data products and maintaining clarity on data and AI assets

You bring

• Relevant Experience: 8+ years in Product Management with a proven track record of establishing Data Governance and delivering AI/ML or Data products
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in Sustainability management and reporting like CSRD, EcoVadis, CDP along with strong understanding of GHG Emissions, LCA, PCF, SBTi Targets
• Technical Fluency: Familiarity with data governance concepts (Data domain ownership and stewardship) and technology stacks (SQL, Python, Cloud) to effectively converse with data quality experts, engineers and scientists
• A collaborative spirit: You are at your best when aligning diverse job families, unifying data quality experts, data modelers, engineers, and scientists
• A strong sense of accountability: You take initiative to unblock your team and own the success (and failures) of your products
• Curiosity and an open mind: You relentlessly ask "Is there a better way?" to leverage data for smarter decision-making
