We are seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Presales (EMEA) to lead our regional presales function within RWS Transform.
In this highly visible role, you will define and drive presales strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, partnering closely with enterprise sales leaders to shape winning solutions for some of the region's most influential organizations, across multiple industries and government sectors.
You'll lead an experienced and talented team of solution consultants across EMEA, working directly with executive stakeholders at global brands and collaborating with colleagues worldwide.

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing EMEA presales team aligned to enterprise growth objectives.
- Partner with sales leadership to design solution strategies for complex, high-value enterprise opportunities across the region.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, presenting RWS's value proposition in the context of digital transformation, AI, multilingual content strategy, and regulatory pressures.
- Innovate how RWS demonstrates its solutions, driving best practices, storytelling, and thought leadership across presales engagements.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to bring EMEA customer needs and insights into global solution design and positioning.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning across the presales organization in EMEA.
Skills & Experience
- Significant and demonstrable enterprise presales, solution consulting, professional services, language delivery, or technical sales leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success leading presales strategy for large, complex enterprise deals in the EMEA region.
- Executive presence with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- Strong leadership track record, including building and scaling geographically distributed presales teams.
- Experience in language technology, SaaS, enterprise software, regulated industries, language services or related digital transformation solutions is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA enterprise and regulatory landscape and customer expectations.
