The Role

Buscamos un profesional técnico altamente cualificado para desempeñarse como Administrador de CICS y MQ en entornos Mainframe Z/OS . Esta posición requiere experiencia sólida en la gestión, configuración y optimización de sistemas de mensajería y transacciones críticas, asegurando la disponibilidad, seguridad y rendimiento de los servicios empresariales.

• Administrar y mantener entornos CICS (Customer Information Control System) en Z/OS, incluyendo definición de recursos, monitoreo de transacciones y resolución de incidencias.
• Gestionar la infraestructura de IBM MQ , configurando colas, canales y seguridad para garantizar una comunicación eficiente entre aplicaciones.
• Implementar políticas de alta disponibilidad, recuperación ante fallos y continuidad del negocio.
• Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y operaciones para integrar soluciones de mensajería y transacciones en aplicaciones empresariales.
• Realizar análisis de rendimiento y aplicar mejoras en la arquitectura de CICS/MQ.
  Documentar procedimientos operativos, cambios y configuraciones técnicas.

Who You Are

Formación Académica

• Titulación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas o carrera afín.
  Certificaciones en tecnologías IBM (deseable): CICS, MQ, Z/OS, RACF.

Experiencia Técnica

• No es necesaria experiencia previa, pero se valora positivamente en caso de tenerla.
• Administración de CICS Transaction Server : definición de recursos, monitoreo de transacciones, análisis de rendimiento.
• Gestión de IBM MQ : configuración de colas, canales, seguridad y troubleshooting.
• Uso de herramientas como SDSF, TSO/ISPF, JCL, Omegamon, Netview, System Automation .
  Implementación de soluciones de alta disponibilidad y recuperación ante desastres.

Conocimientos en Seguridad

• Familiaridad con sistemas de control de acceso como RACF , ACF2 o Top Secret.
  Buen entendimiento de políticas de seguridad en entornos críticos.

Habilidades Blandas

• Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas complejos.
• Trabajo colaborativo en equipos técnicos y multidisciplinarios.
• Comunicación efectiva con áreas de desarrollo, operaciones y negocio.
  Organización y gestión del tiempo en entornos de alta presión.
