What You Can Expect from the Role

As a Technical Consultant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients by delivering high-quality technical solutions and ensuring seamless system integration and configuration. You'll be the link between our technical capabilities and customer needs, ensuring we meet and exceed expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Customer Relations:
  Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, offering technical guidance and support throughout the implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Training Delivery:
  Deliver clear, engaging training sessions to clients and internal users, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and system adoption.
• Graphical Application Configuration:
  Configure applications with user-friendly interfaces, optimising layouts and workflows based on client needs.
• Integration Configuration:
  Set up and manage system integrations between our solutions and external platforms, ensuring smooth data exchange and functionality.
• Data Jobs Management:
  Create and manage data archiving and data migration jobs to support system performance and successful transitions between environments.

What We Will Look for in Your CV

We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strong communication skills. Ideally, your CV should demonstrate:

• Worked with Jira or other ITSM Tools (IT Service Management).
• Experience with hosting solutions (AWS, Azure, etc), VPN configurations, and Networks.
• Proven experience working with databases, including structure, querying, and optimisation.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, with a deep understanding of data manipulation, querying, and performance tuning.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

• Experience administering Oracle Database, including setup, tuning, and security management.
• Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows system administration, especially in a hosted or enterprise environment.
• Prior exposure to ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) including support, configuration, or integration experience.
