The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform to meet business needs. This role will handle ticket prioritization for Salesforce-related requests, perform configurations and parametrization, and ensure smooth operation of the CRM system. The position will act as the internal owner for functional enhancements and backlog management, collaborating with external vendors for project-based work as required.

As our Salesforce Administrator, you'll get to:  

• Act as the internal point of contact for Salesforce maintenance and enhancements.
• Manage and prioritize Salesforce tickets from business units.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows.
• Implement automation using tools like Flow and validation rules.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, cleansing, and deduplication.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights.
• Coordinate with S4G for complex development requests.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend improvements.
• Provide user support and training to ensure adoption and best practices.
• Document configurations, processes, and system changes.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and administration.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and business analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Certifications:

• Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
