Responsibilities |- Assess, analyze and evaluate real estate assets in the market
- Contact individuals interested in buying or selling assets
- Intermediate real estate transactions between parties
- Develop strategies to increase the Ukio portfolio of available assets and connect them with interested parties
- Collaborate with internal Ukio team or external contributors in order to maximize Ukio's rentability on intermediation deals
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, leasing, brokerage, or similar roles.
- Good knowledge of the Madrid real estate market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in fast-paced startup environments.
