Responsible for drivingstrategic client relationships, uncovering high -value opportunities, andconnect clients with tailored EPCM and consultancy solutions to accelerate thesuccess of their real estate projects. What is the role About? AsKey Account Manager for the Buildings/Real Estate industry, you will drivebusiness growth across the logistics, residential, hospitality, and office inthe private and public sectors. You will be responsible for developing and executingthe sales account plan in alignment with the company's commercial and thedifferent responsibles of the unit of Buildings and operational objectives.Thisposition requires close collaboration with marketing and operations teams,acting as an extension of the Buildings division and being accountable forstrategic business development, client relationship management, and revenuegeneration at both local and international levels. RequirementsMainResponsibilities· Develop,implement, and monitor strategic account plans for key clients in the Building& Real Estate industry.· Identifynew business opportunities with investors, developers, and operators withinlogistics, residential, hotel, and office markets.· Managehigh -value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long -term relationships.· Coordinatewith operations and marketing teams to ensure project alignment and marketvisibility.· Negotiatecontracts and framework agreements typically ranging from 1 to 2 million euros,contributing to the company's financial growth targets.· Overseeingongoing projects, acting as the primary liaison between the client and deliveryteams to ensure quality, deadlines, and expectations are met.· Reporton market trends, client needs, and competitor activities across assignedcountries.· Supporttender processes, proposals, and annual sales planning cycles. Key PerformanceIndicators· Annualsales operations exceeding 1 million euros.· Achievementof revenue targets within the 1–2 million euro range per agreement.· Growthand retention of key strategic accounts. Who are you?  University Degree; background in Architecture orEngineering highly valued.  Over 10 years of professional experience, with atleast 5 years in Real Estate (investment funds, developers, or operators).  Proven international sales track record within theindustrial or construction sector.  Strong commercial acumen and "hunter" mindset.  Excellent communication and negotiation skills, withthe ability to build and sustain trust -based relationships.  Fluent in English, French, and Spanish (mandatory).Additional local languages are an asset.  Mobility and willingness to travel up to 40% acrossassigned regions.  Legal eligibility to work within the EU and UK asrequired.Benefits·
