Procurement Support Intern

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Procurement Support Intern. The role will be part of a growing and talented Group Procurement Team and will report directly into Group Procurement Compliance.  The role is based in Madrid.

The role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows.

This is a unique opportunity to join our Group Procurement team.

Responsibilities will include:
Key Functions:

• E-sourcing expert role, supporting the rest of the organization on the usage of the system.
• Support Procurement Buyers and Managers on qualifying and evaluating suppliers.
• Support on Data Protection's risk and mitigation with external suppliers.
• Identify and take action on supplier and service risks from qualification and evaluation processes.

Support Functions:

• Collaborate with the supplier's qualification and evaluation database globally.
• Support on the registration and maintenance of data from qualification and evaluation of suppliers.
• Reporting and supporting on non-compliance cases.
• Contribute to keeping updated the configuration of the E-sourcing system.

Direct reporting line into the Group Procurement Compliance.

Candidate profile
Experiences and Qualifications

• University Degree, preferably bachelor's in Business management, IT Engineering and others related.
• Advanced level on Microsoft Office Specially on Excel
  .

• In order to support on the Digitalization journey for the Procurement
  Department knowledge/curiosity on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power pps), and Copilot

• Other analytical knowledge very valuable (RPA, Machine Learning, AI and Its application in automating tasks.

• Spanish and
  English
  . Very high level on both languages. Able to lead business conversations and influence in both languages, fluently, with stakeholders at any level.
• Experience in Procurement, and/or with eProcurement tools (Jaggaer, Ariba, etc), and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc) would be an advantage
