Group International Mobility Trainee

Verisure (operating under the brand Securitas Direct in Spain and Portugal) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on
Group International Mobility Trainee
.

The Group HR International Mobility will be a key member of the Group HR team, reporting to the managers of the team to ensure adequate and consistent expatriates management.

The successful candidate will work with the HR members from all countries where the company operates (over 17 countries in Europe and LatAm), as well as different business managers to ensure the correct management of all processes related to expatriates, including immigration, relocation, tax, among others.

Providing support and advice to both the assignee and the business, this role is key to the coordination of International Mobility activities across Verisure.

Key Responsibilities

The Group International Mobility Trainee will be working at Global level but based in Madrid.

The main responsibilities will entail:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of all internal policies and processes relating both directly and indirectly to the GM procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate initiation of immigration & relocation support, keeping track of outstanding issues and their resolution.
• Support the area to handle immigration & labour issues.
• Management of the key relocation providers and Insurances.
• Manage internal communication with the employee to help them to solve their problems.
• Keep updated the information in the internal system of the International Mobility department.

Minimum qualifications: 

• Good IT skills, including word & PowerPoint and desirable Excel.
• Ability to frame problems breaking it into pieces
• Highly developed analytical capabilities and
  attention to detail
• Ability to act independently but whilst contributing as part of a wider team
• Good Communication skills
• Problem-solving and customer oriented.
• Highly organised person
• Objective-oriented
• Innovation and continuous improvement mindset.

Willingness to learn with a very dynamic team.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Law, Labour relations, Human Resources, Business Administration + Law.
• Desirable experience in HR.

Languages Required: 

• Spanish: native speaker
• English: excellent
