Talent Acquisition Intern

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative and passionate Talent Acquisition intern to join our growing and successful company on an excellent opportunity within the Group Talent Acquisition Team.

The successful candidate will be able to join an ever-growing company with a great opportunity to develop into one of our permanent roles. We are currently hiring 2 potential new joiners to become part of the Technology and Non-Tech specialist teams.

We are welcoming applicants from all university backgrounds with a variety of interests and passions. However, specialised degrees in Psychology and/or Human Resources would be a definite plus.

Key responsibilities

Our internships in the TA department will be able to offer you the chance to better yourself and get in contact with industry leaders in a variety of fields related to the Verisure group.

Some of the main responsibilities will be:

• Providing excellent support across the whole recruitment process at Verisure. This may include:
• assisting on job description editing and drafting, following directions and guidance from internal stakeholders;
• software database administration (Workday, Phenom) on a day-to-day basis and assisting with weekly reports (Excel, PowerPoint);
• being the first point of contact for candidates across different levels and job requisitions;
• Sourcing and Head-hunting support for some of our business-key roles.

Candidate profile

Requirements

We see these roles as an important part of our development plans. We're looking for the next generation of business leaders. These are some of the main requirements to join one of our internship opportunities:

• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish. We are an international company and all our positions whether these are internships or permanent require a high level of both languages .
• Ideally you will be able to join us Immediately ; however, we will assess each application and your availability on a case-by-case basis.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (preferred good Excel, Word and Power Point).
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
• Willingness to learn and to progress in a company with great opportunities and potential.

Qualifications and knowledge

• Last year students and/or recent University graduates with degrees such as Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing… We are seeking individuals with passion for innovation and willing to challenge themselves.
• Highly valued knowledge in HR software and recruitment ATS, content creation, product presentation, HR, analytics, Data, etc.
