We are looking for a
Business Analyst (technical)
to join our team for a multinational leader in the
insurance sector
.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document and validate business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for microservices and API-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable service-oriented architectures.
  • Analyze and optimize database queries, stored procedures and PL/SQL logic.
  • Define and document API contracts, payloads and integration workflows.
  • Support testing activities by validating API responses, database transactions and service interactions.
  • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning and prioritization of technical features.
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and the technical architecture.


Skills:

Essential:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in technical environments.
  • Solid understanding of microservices architectures and API-driven ecosystems.
  • Expertise with PL/SQL and data workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex needs into actionable specifications.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio or SQL Developer.
  • High level of English (B2+).

Desirable:

  • Experience working on multi-platform integrations.
  • Understanding of QA processes, test scenarios and defect management.
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams (Dev, QA, Operations).
