Experience & Background

  • 4–6 years of experience
    as a Business Analyst
  • Proven experience in the banking or financial services sector
    (projects related to payments, lending, risk, compliance, or core banking will be a strong plus)
  • Strong understanding of
    business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management

Location & Work Model

  • Primary location:
    Málaga
  • Initial onboarding:
    Ideally
    first 3 months onsite in Madrid
  • Work model:
    3–4 days per week onsite
    after onboarding

Core Skills

  • General
    Business Analyst skills
    , including:
  • Requirements elicitation and documentation
  • Process mapping and gap analysis
  • Project tracking and coordination
  • Strong command of
    Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience working in
    Agile and/or Waterfall environments
  • Ability to work closely with
    technical, product, and operations teams
    within a banking environment

Language Requirements

  • English level B2 or higher
  • Spanish required for daily communication with local stakeholders
