We are looking for a Business Analyst
A highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in payments, connectivity, and integration who can operate in complex, large-scale environments. This role will be key in driving strategic payment transformation initiatives and enabling seamless integration between corporate systems and global banking platforms.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as the senior business analyst for large-scale payment transformation and integration projects involving Tier-1 banks and multinational corporates.
- Drive functional analysis for integration between banking systems and corporate ERP/TMS platforms using ISO pain.001, pain.008, pain.002, CAMT55, CAMT29), MT101, and API/H2H models.
- Gather, validate, and translate business requirements into functional specifications with a strong emphasis on payments, reconciliations, and liquidity management.
- Collaborate with IT architects, payment operations, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
- Lead workshops with senior stakeholders and external partners to define business processes and operating models.
- Define and execute UAT test cases; oversee defect triage and resolution.
- Support change management and training initiatives across the organization.
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional analysis efforts across payment and integration projects.
- Represent Business Analysis in strategic transformation steering committees.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in financial services, with al menos 4 años enfocados en pagos internacionales, cash management corporativo o sistemas de tesorería.
- Dominio de formatos ISO 20022 XML (pain.001, pain.002, pain.008, pacs.007, pacs.008, etc.), y de message types MT101, MT103. Conocimiento de SEPA rulebook es un plus.
- Sólido entendimiento de modelos de conectividad bancaria: H2H (Host-to-Host), API, EBICS, SFTP y bank portals.
- Experiencia con ISO 20022 migration y esquemas CBPR+.
- Exposición a sistemas de tesorería (FIS Quantum, Kyriba, SAP) y a integraciones con ERP.
- Familiaridad con marcos regulatorios como PSD2 y esquemas globales de pago (TARGET2, T2S).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de stakeholders.
- Experiencia trabajando en entornos Agile (JIRA, Confluence).
- Fluidez en inglés y español (se evaluará); portugués es un plus.
- Experiencia en modelado de procesos BPMN y data mapping.
- Capacidad para redactar y revisar BRDs, DDRs y especificaciones funcionales.
- Sólida capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
- Dominio del uso de JIRA, ServiceNow y herramientas de IA.
- Título universitario en Finanzas, Sistemas de Información, Administración o afines (Master's deseable).
- Certificaciones como CBAP, PMP, ITIL o SWIFT Certified Specialist son altamente valoradas.
