Prospect into whitespace accounts and feel comfortable targeting senior level decision makers positioning the value of digital transformation. Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients Drive the velocity of your opportunities further down the sales cycle and prepare the customer for a meaningful engagement with your dedicated sales rep counterpart and/or broader supporting ecosystem Nurture identified opportunities until they are ready to be passed onto sales/partner Partner with cross functional groups such as Marketing, Field Sales, Virtual Center of Excellence, Renewal Sales, Customer Success, Channel, and Operations/Enablement to identify areas of success and growth Solution and Value Selling/Positioning Skills Motivated self-starter with critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a desire for success Demonstrated Capacity and Strong Willingness to Learn and Develop Ability to manage adversity and consult prospects who may not recognize a need or pain yet +1 years of related experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English and French is mandatory
