Tus responsabilidades

  • Desarrollo comercial: Detectar y abrir nuevas oportunidades de negocio en los canales retail y farma.

  • Gestión estratégica de cuentas: Negociar y gestionar cuentas clave, desde el surtido y los precios hasta la ejecución en el punto de venta.

  • Análisis de datos: Elaborar previsiones, analizar métricas y tomar decisiones estratégicas basadas en datos.

  • Colaboración: Trabajar de cerca con los equipos de marketing, planificación y logística para asegurar el éxito.

Lo que buscamos en ti

  • Experiencia: 4-5 años de experiencia como KAM o en un rol similar en cosmética, gran consumo, higiene o farma.

  • Habilidades: Capacidad de análisis, orientación a resultados y mentalidad estratégica. Buscamos a alguien con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.

  • Actitud: Proactividad, autonomía, curiosidad y una actitud resiliente.
