The Customer Insight Manager Role
As a Customer Insight Manager at Qlik, you turn large product and usage datasets into powerful insights that shape how customers adopt and succeed with our solutions. You sit in our Customer Experience organization at the intersection of data analytics, adoption science, and customer journey strategy.

This is not just number crunching, this is changing how Qlik learns from its customers, you will:

  • Translate data into stories and signals that improve product usage and customer value.
  • Provide insights used across the business for smart decision-making.
  • Lead experiments to learn what drives adoption and engagement at scale leveraging AI Technologies.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to evolve the end-to-end customer journey.

Here's How You'll Be Making An Impact

  • Ensure data accuracy and strengthen quality controls across our CX Analytics & Insights ecosystem.
  • Support comprehension and expansion of the Customer Journey Moments of Truth (MoTs) and metrics.
  • Build predictive models and behavioural segmentations that reveal adoption drivers.
  • Partner with Orchestration to integrate signals into outreach workflows and automation.
  • Conduct quantitative studies to influence engagement, retention, and product strategies.

We're Looking For a Teammate With
Analytics & Data Engineering Skills:

  • Strong SQL and data modeling capabilities.
  • Experience with Qlik (or similar BI tools: Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Hands-on experience improving data pipelines, metric definitions, and governance.
  • Bonus: Python, R, dbt, or ML tooling experience.
  • Experience in data provenance, including end-to-end lineage across ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption layers.
  • Performed data cleansing and preparation activities to ensure accurate, consistent, and high-quality inputs for downstream analytics.

Customer Journey & CX Knowledge

  • Understanding of product adoption, user behavior, and customer health metrics.
  • Passion for experimentation and behavioral analysis.

Mindset & Collaboration

  • Curious, proactive problem-solver who influences decisions with data.
  • Thrives in cross-functional environments with Product, CS, Operations.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Behavioral Science, or related field.
