Tus responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar la zona asignada identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Captar nuevos clientes y ampliar las relaciones con cuentas existentes.
  • Presentar y promover las soluciones innovadoras de RISCO.
  • Impartir formaciones sobre productos para garantizar el éxito de los clientes.
  • Impulsar la visibilidad de la marca mediante acciones y campañas locales.
  • Colaborar con los equipos internos (Producto, Marketing, Soporte) para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.
  • Gestionar todo el ciclo de ventas: desde la prospección hasta el cierre.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia demostrable en ventas de soluciones (preferiblemente en seguridad, intrusión, vídeo o control de acceso).
  • Experiencia trabajando con distribuidores, instaladores y empresas integradoras.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
  • Mentalidad emprendedora, autónoma y orientada al cliente.
  • Dominio de español e inglés — se valorará euskera o francés.

Role Description

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Regional Sales Manager
to drive sales growth, deliver customer training, and unlock new business opportunities within the Basque region.

If you're a self-starter with strong technical sales skills and a desire to work with cutting-edge security technologies — we'd love to meet you

What you'll do

  • Develop and grow your territory by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Acquire new customers and expand relationships with existing accounts.
  • Present and promote
    RISCO's
    innovative security solutions.
  • Deliver engaging product training sessions to ensure customer success.
  • Drive brand visibility through local market engagement and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Support) to deliver excellence.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in solution sales (preferably in security, intrusion, video, or access control).
  • Background working with
    distributors, installers, and system integrators.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, independent, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in
    Spanish and English
    — Basque or French is a plus.
