About the Role

We're seeking a 
Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager
 to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team. You'll directly impact revenue growth, shape sales processes, and drive expansion across strategic markets in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives and SDRs, fostering motivation, accountability, and consistent performance.
  • Coach reps through 1:1s, pipeline reviews, deal support, and training to maximize results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to optimize go-to-market strategy and accelerate growth.
  • Drive execution, forecasting, and scalable processes that deliver repeatable revenue outcomes.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in 
    B2B SaaS sales
    , both as a top-performing individual contributor and a team leader.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Skilled in 
    CRM discipline, sales execution, and building processes
     that scale.
  • An inspiring, data-driven leader who balances 
    high standards with empathy
    , coaching, and accountability.
  • Thrives in ambitious, fast-paced environments with a focus on 
    continuous improvement
    .
