Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of German-speaking B2B clients
  • Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted business partner
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Maintain regular communication via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Track performance, pipeline, and results using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level)
  • Good command of English (B2 minimum)
  • Mandatory: minimum 1 year of sales experience (Account
  • Management, B2B/B2C Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, etc.)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven mindset with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
