German-Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager

Barcelona, Spain | Hybrid | Full-time (39h/week)

About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing team in Barcelona. In this role, you will work with high-potential businesses in the German market, helping them launch, optimize, and scale performance-driven Google Ads campaigns.

You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, increasing campaign performance, and identifying growth opportunities within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and manage a portfolio of new German-speaking clients
  • Act as a trusted consultant, developing high-performing PPC and Google Ads campaigns
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing solutions
  • Understand customer objectives and tailor advertising strategies accordingly
  • Design and implement results-driven campaigns focused on short-term impact and long-term growth
  • Increase advertising spend through upselling and account expansion
  • Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone outreach
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and complete client data
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus) or equivalent work experience
  • C2-level German and English proficiency
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong ability to work independently and deliver consistent results
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and CRM optimization
  • Comfortable using AI tools to personalize outreach and improve efficiency
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong motivation and confidence
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends
  • Experience conducting competitor analysis and identifying growth opportunities
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to high-quality service
