Senior HR Specialist / Talent Acquisition

. As we launch our new office in 
Valencia
, we are searching for a seasoned HR professional who will lead recruitment efforts and contribute to building a strong local HR foundation from day one.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage 
full-cycle recruitment
 across IT, Marketing, Operations and Support roles.


• Build and optimize HR processes, onboarding frameworks, and employee engagement programs.


• Partner directly with senior leadership across Europe to define hiring strategies.


• Strengthen and promote a high-performance, people-focused culture.

 
Requirements:


• 
5+ years of HR experience
 with a strong focus on recruitment (mandatory).


• Proven track record in talent acquisition; fintech or microfinance industry experience is a strong advantage.


• Fluency in 
Spanish and English
 (written & spoken).


• Strong understanding of Spanish labor law.


• A degree in Labor Relations / Human Resources or similar is a plus.


• A Master's degree in HR is a plus.


• Experience in administration, labor relations, or working with temporary employment agencies is a plus.
