We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Payroll & Support Specialist to assist employees, manage payroll activities, and ensure smooth administrative operations. This role is central to maintaining accurate records, supporting new hires, and providing high-quality service to both internal teams and app users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely support to customers and app users via email, chat, and phone.
  • Ensure all contract-related documentation is properly organized and up to date.
  • Support new employees throughout the onboarding process.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as VSO agreements and time-tracking registrations.
  • Review, verify, and process documentation; assist with work permit arrangements.
  • Stay up to date on legislation, including NDA and GDPR requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll and salary-related queries.
  • Manage payroll processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Dutch and excellent command of English (C1/C2), both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in payroll processing or HR administrative support.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and HR management tools.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance practices.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in payroll work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to address payroll and HR-related inquiries.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information securely.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
