Our client is a leading global freight forwarding and logistics company, with operations across the US, UAE, Spain, Netherlands and South Africa, they are expanding operations in the US to support regional growth. As part of their growth plans, they are looking for a driven
Logistics
Sales E-Manager (Import & Export)
to join them.

The role would take care of the logistics and regulatory compliance of shipments, coordinating the import and export processes, managing the escalations and maintaining excellent relationships with clients. The role will also handle the documentation and communication necessary to ensure smooth operations and compliance with trade laws.

The role is based in
Barcelona, Spain.

Job responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the shipping line/air lines for the operations & resolve challenges
  • Coordinate with the clearing agent for the shipment clearance.
  • Follow up with the import clients for the HBL submission and payments prior to delivery.
  • Provide support to the team for the export deliveries, clearance, documents release when required
  • Liaise with the licensing firms for their timely payments to continuation of the services.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Background of OCEAN FREIGHT management (Preferably Freight forwarding).
  • Minimum experience of 03 years in the same industry while working in the Spain.
  • The employee will be on the company's direct payroll.
  • The employee should be based in Spain

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of
    up to 4,000 Euros /month
    , depending on experience.
