Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Supply Chain IT Sales Associate
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for supply chain technology and digital transformation solutions. This role combines strong business acumen, understanding of supply chain operations, and enthusiasm for innovative IT solutions that drive efficiency and resilience across global supply chains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients across manufacturing, logistics, retail, and distribution sectors to promote IT-driven supply chain solutions.
  • Understand client pain points related to supply chain planning, procurement, logistics, and warehouse management.
  • Present and demonstrate digital supply chain solutions such as
    ERP, S&OP, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, IoT, AI/ML analytics, and automation tools.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CIO, VP Supply Chain, IT Directors, etc.) and develop tailored solution proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal solution architects, product teams, and delivery units to align technology capabilities with client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — ensuring a consultative approach throughout the engagement.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and client activity reports.
  • Stay informed about emerging supply chain technologies and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–5 years
    of experience in IT solution sales, preferably with a focus on
    supply chain or manufacturing domains.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes — including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and production planning.
  • Experience selling or supporting
    ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), WMS, TMS, or AI/analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling IT consulting or managed services related to
    digital supply chain transformation
    .
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    and
    AI-driven analytics solutions.
  • Prior experience engaging C-level stakeholders and managing enterprise accounts.
