Join our dynamic Team as Inside Sales Team Leader German market at Avis Budget Group Contact Centre in Barcelona
We are looking for a motivated and people-focused leader to guide our Inside Sales Business Developers, drive sales and quality performance, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
What you´ll do:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Inside Sales Business Developers.
- Deliver sales and service KPIs while ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise team performance and productivity.
- Foster a collaborative, hight performing culture through open communication and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, quality standards and health & safety regulations.
You should apply if you bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pipeline management and coaching within a B2B environment.
- Proven experience in sales team leadership, managing and developing teams.
- German at mother tongue level and fluent English.
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- We strongly value candidates who are already based in Spain.
We will offer you:
- 45.000 euros gross annual salary plus euros gross annual bonus.
- Hybrid working model.
- Full-time permanent contract (39 hours a week, Monday to Friday).
