Job Overview
As an Immigration Case Manager / Junior Lawyer
, you will guide clients through the
entire immigration and relocation process in Spain. You will manage cases independently,
prepare and review documentation, coordinate with Spanish authorities, and ensure a
smooth, supportive experience for our international clients.
This position is ideal for a client-focused professional with strong organizational skills,
experience in immigration or legal environments, and the ability to manage several cases
simultaneously. Because our clients come from many different countries, the work is dynamic,
multicultural, and highly meaningful.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management:
Lead immigration cases from start to finish, including documentation,
submissions, follow-ups, and resolution.
Visa Preparation:
Handle key visa categories:
Digital Nomad, Student, Startup, Non-
Lucrative (NLV), Family Reunification, Temporary Protection
.
Documentation:
Review and prepare client documents according to Spanish immigration
requirements.
Authority Liaison:
Communicate with
Extranjería, UGE, Police, Ayuntamiento
and
other institutions.
Client Support:
Provide clear guidance, timelines, expectations, and updates in Russian,
English, and Spanish.
Logistics:
Schedule and manage appointments with government offices and partners.
Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain accurate case updates in CRM and internal systems.
Learning:
Stay updated on changes in Spanish immigration procedures and regulations.
Requirements
Languages:
Russian — mandatory
English — B2–C1
Spanish — B1/B2 minimumExperience:
Minimum 3 years
in immigration, legal support, or case management
Ability to manage multiple cases independently
Experience in client-facing roles
Education:
Legal education or experience working with immigration law — strong advantage
Knowledge of Spanish immigration procedures is a plus
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Strong organization and time-management
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Confident with CRM tools and digital platforms
Willingness to work with AI tools
