Your Contribution: Drive Growth in the Italian Region

As a Customer Success and Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining a key relationship with our most important clients.

  1. Manage and nurture Fleet's customer portfolio in the Italian market.
  2. Support customers in mastering Fleet's solution by highlighting features tailored to their needs and responding promptly to requests.
  3. Collaborate with customers to implement account plans anticipating their future requirements.
  4. Internally monitor, optimize, and improve customer KPIs to drive satisfaction and retention.
  5. Lead cross-functional projects involving Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance teams.
  6. Assist in implementing tools and automation to accelerate and streamline operational tasks.

  • You are a
    proven sales professional
    with a track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships.
  • You have 2+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hardware-as-a-service, or related technology services.
  • You bring experience in solution selling and have a consultative approach to understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • You are comfortable with complex sales cycles and can navigate multiple stakeholders within large organizations.
  • You are data-driven and analytical in your approach to sales strategy and execution.
  • You are fluent in Italian and English
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
