Summary - Basic Function of the Role

We are looking for a Technical Writer to join our DTA business based in Madrid. Your role will be fully responsibility in managing and coordinating all activities in relation with technical literature of the projects delivered, providing to all New Product Development "NPD" and Custom Special products "CsP" the correct documentation on time, providing the final revision of these according the delivery of the product to the final client or entities with the service Dpt.

Estamos buscando un Redactor Técnico para unirse a nuestro negocio DTA con sede en Madrid.

Tu función será asumir la plena responsabilidad de gestionar y coordinar todas las actividades relacionadas con la documentación técnica de los proyectos entregados, proporcionando a todos los desarrollos de Nuevos Productos (NPD) y Productos Especiales Personalizados (CsP) la documentación correcta y en el plazo establecido, realizando la revisión final de estos documentos conforme a la entrega del producto al cliente final o a las entidades correspondientes junto con el departamento de servicio.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible to keep the integrity of the Enerpac Tech pubs Vault.
• Missing documents control
• Wrong metadata
• Implement improvements on the Enerpac Tech Pubs vault.
• Create and follow up resolution of incidences.
• Data migration
• Responsible for improvements for regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.
• Collaborate in any global programs related to PEP, VAVE, Sustaining and Customs and continuous improvement.
• Responsible to draft all technical documents of diverse nature, based on engineering design information, customer requirements and following company stablished standards & values.
• Operation and maintenance Manual
• Service parts list
• Data sheet
• Parts identification
• Maintenance plan & schedule checklist
• Documentation change management.
• Responsible for improvements for regulatory and compliance and safety requirements.
• Collaborate in any global programs related to PEP, VAVE, Sustaining and Customs and continuous improvement.
• Responsible to draft all technical documents of diverse nature, based on engineering design information, customer requirements and following company stablished standards & values

• Documentation change management.
• Deliver technical documentation based on business needs, urgencies, and importance, and highly focus on meeting target delivery dates and department KPIs.
• Active part of design and establish quality standards for technical writers.
• Active part of support any change required in process and procedures established in the QMS manual, of the department.
• Participate actively in activities like Lesson learned, Lead events, Master Classes, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all HSSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced in the department and working group.
• Proactively participate to safety awareness and improvement.
• Always represent the Company in a professional manner, both internally and externally. Follow the published.
• Processes and complies with all company policies and procedures. Be an ambassador for the businesses ensure that Health & Safety always comes first.

Education And Experience

• Education in Engineering or Technical Vocational Training.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Windchill, InDesign, Illustrator.
• Advanced systems and analytical computer skills of (AutoCAD, CREO or SOLID, Microsoft Office package).
• Self-starter, proactive.
• Quality of work focused.
• Experienced in safety policies.
• Experience in documentation control and management systems.
• Experience working in international and multicultural companies & environments.
• Proficiency in English & Spanish, additional languages preferred.
