Join our team as a Technical Writer at an innovative digital bank and help define the user experience through clear, accessible, and inclusive content. We are seeking a talented individual passionate about technical communication to create user-centered documentation and content, contributing to the success of our projects and products.
**Responsibilities**:
Content Generation: Create user-centered content for open-source components, ensuring consideration of accessibility and inclusivity. Use plain text and MDX for more complex formats, integrating information into a publicly accessible web platform through Git.
Documentation: Document and explain system components, themes, and designs for easy understanding and implementation by a diverse English-speaking audience.
Information Management: Utilize tools like Zeplin, Figma, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Storybook effectively to gather and manage information for documentation purposes, ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
Collaborative Development: Work synchronously with design, development, and management teams through platforms like Slack and Teams, ensuring coherence and accuracy in project development.
UX Research: Conduct user research and tech sector analysis to define content and ensure user needs and expectations are integrated into the documentation.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role, preferably in the financial or technology sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Solid knowledge of documentation tools such as Git, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Familiarity with UX concepts and ability to conduct user research.
Understanding of accessibility and inclusivity considerations in technical content creation.
