Mission & Core Purpose

Support and accelerate the growth of iubenda's partner ecosystem by leading all partner marketing and affiliate marketing initiatives.

You'll report to the CMO and collaborate closely with our VP Channels.

Your mission is to transform strategy into execution: building acquisition campaigns, managing co-marketing activities, scaling our affiliate program, and creating the content and processes that help partners engage, activate, and succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner & affiliate acquisition (marketing-led)

  • Develop and run marketing campaigns to attract agencies, consultants, SaaS platforms, hosting partners, resellers, and affiliates.
  • Support the VP Partners with tailored materials and acquisition workflows aligned to strategic goals.
  • Build top-of-funnel and mid-funnel initiatives hand in hand with the Partner Sales Managers to grow a high-quality partner and affiliate pipeline.

- Enablement & co-marketing

  • Create partner-facing resources: sales decks, guides, templates, onboarding materials, and product overviews.
  • Run co-marketing activities with partners (webinars, content, email sequences, joint campaigns).
  • Develop scalable onboarding paths that accelerate partner activation and engagement.

- Program management

  • Handle the marketing operations of the partner and affiliate programs, including communication, incentives, and enablement.
  • Optimize affiliate recruitment, performance tracking, payouts, and attribution.
  • Build regular communication touchpoints: newsletters, updates, partner training, and feedback loops.

- Analytics & optimization

  • Track partner and affiliate performance, including referrals, conversions, and revenue impact.
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across acquisition and engagement.
  • Experiment with messaging, campaigns, and enablement to continuously improve ROI.

- Collaboration

  • Work closely with Content, Design, Acquisition, Lifecycle marketing and Product to deliver impactful campaigns and resources.
  • Align with Sales on partner-sourced lead quality and handoff processes.
  • Collaborate with teams across the iubenda group to ensure partners stay informed and empowered.


Your Profile

You're a relationship-driven marketer who enjoys building ecosystems, not just channels.
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and know how to turn partnerships into measurable business impact.

Experience & skills

  • 5+ years in partner marketing, affiliate marketing, channel programs, or B2B SaaS growth.
  • Proven experience running partner acquisition programs and scaling affiliate programs.
  • High level of autonomy: can turn goals into execution without micro-management
  • Ability to translate complex product/technical info into simple partner-facing value propositions
  • Analytical mindset with experience evaluating partner performance and ROI (can understand funnels, conversions, LTV, and activation rates).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A relationship-driven mindset rather than purely transactional.
  • Familiarity with compliance, privacy, Martech, or SaaS environments is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are welcome.

  Location

At iubenda we believe in full-remote. You are free to work from anywhere in the world. If you prefer a hybrid model, you can work from one of our offices in Milan, Bologna, or Mauritius.
