En la actualidad ofrece todos los servicios propios del sector: transporte nacional e internacional, multimodal, almacenaje, distribución, manipulación, co-packing, paletería y consultoría logística.
Buscamos un/a persona para el área de CUSTOMER SERVICE para la unidad de paletería Expresspallet, en nuestra sede central de Zaragoza.
¿Cómo será tu día a día?
Atender y resolver consultas y reclamaciones de los clientes de manera oportuna y profesional.
Gestionar y procesar pedidos, devoluciones y cambios.
Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes y registros administrativos.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar la correcta entrega de los servicios.
Elaborar informes y reportes sobre la actividad de atención al cliente.
Realizar tareas administrativas generales, como la gestión de documentos y la coordinación de envíos.
Formación:
- Formación: Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Relaciones Públicas o campos relacionados.
- Formación complementaria en atención al cliente o gestión administrativa es deseable.
Experiencia mínima:
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en atención al cliente y administración, preferiblemente en el sector de logística y transporte.
Horario
: 8:00 a 17h / 9:00 a 18h
