Our business line 4flow management utilizes innovative concepts in transportation and network management to continuously plan, optimize, and manage supply chain networks as a neutral 4PL.

4flow is continuing its successful growth around the globe.

For our office in Spain, we are looking for a talented candidates who share our enthusiasm for supply chain management and will take an active part in developing 4flow's business in Spain with a new customer, a global iconic perfume and cosmetic brand.

What your new challenge will look like

As a member of the 4flow team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through our customers' logistics networks in order to ensure material availability. Your primary tasks in this position will include:

  • Guaranteeing the smooth execution of all areas of transportation for daily operations using our transportation management system

  • Balancing. Performing customer service tasks, e.g. managing transport orders, communicating with customers/partners

  • Handling shipping exceptions while ensuring that information flows to the customer and other relevant parties involved

  • Providing solutions in case of transport delays

  • Track & Trace activities for Road & Sea Freight transports

  • Conducting Carrier Security Audits

  • Relevant practical experience in the transportation industry (road, air and sea) and a high focus on customer service

  • Ability to quickly prioritize during busy periods while still communicating proactively in a friendly and solution-oriented way

  • Experienced user of MS Office with good communication skills in English (Spanish would be beneficial)

  • Team player with customer-oriented communication

  • You are interested in the field of logistics and enjoy working in a dynamic, virtual and international environment
