is seeking a Product Change Management Specialist to contribute to a more sustainable and emission free future.

Your role

Manages, captures, analyzes and documents changes in the ESF designed products ensuring consistency across requirements, documentation and implementation.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Understand the structure and functioning of the different machines designed in ESF
  • Adapt the different machines designed in ESF to the requirements of the new ERP system
  • Analyze the current PLM configuration and adjust it to the business requirements.
  • Collect, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements related to PLM-ERP integration.
  • Identify critical dependencies between design, engineering, and manufacturing processes that impact migration.
  • Validate that critical data is complete and consistent before migration.
  • Participate in pilot tests and validation of PLM-ERP interfaces.
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation for post-migration support.
  • Report deviations with recommendation for solutions.
  • Define and establish technical and functional standards, maintenance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide support for PLM - ERP systems, acting as a key point of contact for troubleshooting, user assistance, and system optimization.

Education Requirements
Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent.
