We're looking for a Graduate Technology Recruiter who'll support the hiring of Software Engineering talent and help deliver a great candidate experience from start to finish. We need a smooth communicator with a genuine interest in people and technology. Someone curious, organised, and motivated to learn, who'll play on our team with one goal — to help bring the world's top A-Players to Revolut.

Are you ready?

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the hiring of technology roles, with a focus on Software Engineering
• Partnering closely with recruiters to build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews with candidates
• Coordinating interview processes and supporting candidates throughout their journey
• Ensuring a consistently positive and engaging candidate experience
• Learning and applying modern sourcing and recruitment methods
• Using data and insights to support hiring decisions and improve processes
• Managing candidate information through our ATS

What you'll need

• Fluency in English (C1)
• A degree (or in progress) in STEM, HR, Finance, or a related field
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice to have

• Interest in technology and how engineering teams work
• Additional language skills

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN7,200 - PLN14,100 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
• Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
