**Project** Description**:
Luxoft is looking for strong Level 1 support engineers with 2-3 years of experience to strengthen the support team which covers all products for European Bank. As part of their L1 support team, your focus will be providing technical support for the End User Technology environment involving desktop computing and corporate IT services, etc.. within their IT Service delivery team.
**Responsibilities**:
- L1 Support for Production
- Provide 1st technical support using standard fix procedures
- Ensure all requests are logged and updated using proprietary ticketing system
- Escalate incidents to software and technical 2ndLine support
- Keep users informed about incidences and requests status
- Application monitoring
**Skills**:
Must have
- At least 2-3 years working in Support Level 1 (or 2) preferably - Banking
- Understanding of networks, databases (SQL) and Unix /linux / wintel OS
- Cloud environment knowledge
- DevOps knowledge
- Scripting
- Proven experience of solving technical issues
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proven team work experience
- Availability to take turns
- Availability to carry out guards and holidays
- Strong communication skills at different levels
- ITIL and Agile (Kanbam) basic notions
- Fluent Spanish/English language
- Graduate degree in IT, Physics, Mathematics or Telco.
