Estamos buscando un Support Engineer para nuestro departamento de Services.

**¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?**
- Tareas como Nível de Soporte 1: Asegurar que todas las incidencias reportadas por los clientes sean respondidas según los Acuerdos de Nível de Servicios (SLA) y dar respuesta directa a los clientes con la solución de la incidencia notificada.
- Tareas como Nível de Soporte 2: Realizar las tareas de diagnóstico y documentación de la incidencia para proponer una solución al cliente o transferirla al Nível 3.
- Como responsable de los incidentes el SE se asegurará de que los diferentes gestores involucrados (N1,N2 y N3) participan en el ciclo de vida del incidente según el SLA establecido, así como elevar las acciones necesarias a los equipos correspondientes.
- Participar en las reuniones de seguimiento periódicas o ad hoc e informar de la actividad realizada para desarrollar las métricas acordadas.
- Participar en los turnos rotativos de soporte 24x7 para clientes.

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en: servicios de atención al cliente, informática y/o seguridad.
- Título CFGS (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) o ASIR (Administración de Sistemas Informáticos en Red).
- Conocimientos básicos de informática en alguna de las siguientes áreas: sistemas, redes, bases de datos y seguridad.
- Conocimientos básicos de programación.
