In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

• Process and validate monthly payroll, including variable payments
• Manage employee lifecycle changes (new Hires, terminations, contract modifications)
• Coordinate with Social Security and Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) to ensure timely and correct reporting
• Prepare and submit Social Security contributions via Sistema RED and CRA files.
• Generate and file monthly tax declarations (form 111, Form 190)
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll files and employee data.
• Respond to employee queries related to pay slips, taxes and employment conditions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and participate in payroll audits.

You Are Our Ideal Candidate If

• You have vocational training or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in payroll processing within Spain.
• Solid understanding of Spanish labour law, social security, and tax regulations.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a multinational company or working with multiple cost centres is a plus.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Organized, structured, and result- oriented.
• High level of confidentiality and ethical standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
• Proactive and collaborative team player.
