Job Description

We are looking for a person to join our Value Development team at the Derio facilities.

You will be responsible for transferring to the market the capabilities generated by the AZTI team. As well as planning and carrying out commercial actions that generate value and positioning in the sector.

We would like you for the team if...

• You have a degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Sales, or similar fields.
• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in business development in the food sector or similar sectors.
• You have the ability to conduct market analysis and sector benchmarking at a general level, categories, and/or products and to identify business opportunities.
• You have experience and the ability to coordinate, accelerate, and execute innovation projects, new businesses, and intrapreneurship, with multidisciplinary teams and in collaborative environments.
• You have a high level of English proficiency.
• You have skills in communication and drafting commercial marketing plans.
• You have commercial skills: Account management, knowledge of the diagnostic process, briefing development, commercial proposal, budgeting, and commercial project/client follow-up.
• You probably have experience in the food sector and knowledge of the entire value chain and the different ecosystem agents: Retail, Industry, Institutions, Clusters, Startups, Education.

We would love you if...

• You have experience with SCRUM Methodology for project management in the execution phase through sprints.
• You have worked with Lean Startup and rapid prototyping processes for the validation and testing of business hypotheses.
• You have experience in implementing design thinking and co-creation tools with the client for the development of value generation processes.
• You have postgraduate specialization: MBA, Innovation, New businesses.
• You have experience in the national and international food sector market.
• You have experience in business consulting in the food sector.
• You have experience in corporate innovation processes and intrapreneurship.
