Desde la ingeniería P&PD (ATS Global), seleccionamos un/a
Project Manager
para trabajar en el
área IT
de uno de nuestros clientes, una importante empresa del sector aeronáutico con sede en Zamudio, Vizcaya.

El/la ingeniero/a seleccionado/a llevará a cabo las siguientes funciones:

  • Gestión Documentación: Gestión en SharePoint, Teams y Planner de entregables, tareas de documentación de los proyectos
  • Seguimiento Tareas: Realización de reuniones periódicas con los equipos de proyecto de seguimiento de hitos y tareas
  • Gestión Reuniones: Convocar y coordinar las reuniones de trabajo de los proyectos
  • Gestión Solicitudes/Pedidos: Gestión de las solicitudes/pedidos de los proyectos
  • Coordinación UATs: Preparación y Coordinación de las sesiones de UATs (pruebas integradas de Usuarios)
  • Coordinación Go Live: Coordinación de las tareas de Go-Live de los proyectos
  • Coordinación Soporte Especial: Coordinación de la resolución de las incidencias que se producen en el periodo de soporte especial
  • Cierre Proyectos: Traspaso Documentación y cierre de todos los objetos asociados al proyecto

REQUISITOS
:

  • Titulación: FP Superior o Ingeniería
  • Imprescindible experiencia en gestión de proyectos industriales
  • Experiencia gestionando documentación, coordinando reuniones de trabajo, realizando seguimiento del proyecto, gestionando solicitudes/pedidos de los proyectos, etc.
  • Imprescindible Inglés medio/alto para reuniones.
  • Valorable conocimientos IT
